A bilingual family in Redwood City, California is looking for an experienced French-speaking Nanny to care for their three daughters, aged 6 months, 2 and 4 years. The nanny will work closely alongside the mother, who is a stay-at-home parent, and take responsibility for everything related to the children. French language exposure will also be an important part of the role, so the family would like someone who can naturally speak French to the girls throughout the day and make the language part of their everyday routine.
The nanny will support the children’s daily routines, activities, outings and general care. The mother handles most of the family cooking, so the position remains primarily focused on the children. A confident driver is required, and the family is looking for someone comfortable travelling occasionally, including a longer trip to Europe each summer. The family would like to find someone local who can be available for an early start at 7:00am.
This is a Monday to Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm position offering $40–$45 per hour, plus benefits and a health insurance stipend. The position will begin as soon as the right candidate is found.
