Our client is seeking an experienced Live-in Nanny to care for their three children, aged 10, 8, and 5, in a unique role based between Puerto Rico and Connecticut. As all three children attend school during the day, the role is primarily focused on supporting the family’s afternoon and evening routine, encouraging learning, and helping the children develop confidence, independence, and positive daily habits.
Responsibilities include coordinating school pick-ups and after-school schedules, planning fun and educational activities, assisting with homework where appropriate, preparing meals for the children, and ensuring their routines run smoothly. The family is looking for a proactive nanny who is happy to travel between both residences and become a valued long-term member of the household.
A live-in bedroom with a private bathroom is provided, and an on-duty family car is available for work-related driving. The position is Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, and offers of $80,000–$105,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
