A warm and welcoming family in Princeton, New Jersey is seeking a reliable, experienced full-time nanny to join their household. The primary focus of this role is caring for their infant, while also providing light support related to their toddler, who attends daycare full-time. This position is ideal for a professional nanny who is nurturing, organized, and confident supporting early childhood development in a structured yet engaging environment.
The nanny will provide attentive, loving care for the infant throughout the day, supporting age-appropriate developmental milestones through interactive play, reading, sensory activities, and exploration. A proactive approach to planning enriching outings—such as music classes, library story time, neighborhood walks, and local activities—is highly valued, along with a genuine enthusiasm for encouraging socialization and outdoor time.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide full-day, nurturing care for the infant

Support early learning and developmental milestones through educational play

Plan and attend classes, outings, and local activities

Encourage stimulation, movement, and time outside the home

Collaborate smoothly with other household staff for daily transitions

Handle light child-related housekeeping, including tidying play areas, loading/unloading the dishwasher, and taking out trash

Manage children’s laundry and general day-to-day organization
