Full time Nanny to a 3 year old boy in Pinecrest, FL
Live in position: Working 1 week on, 1 week off
Nannies swap on every Monday at 11am

High profile family in Pinecrest, FL seeking a reliable and experienced nanny to provide exceptional care and support for their 3 year old boy. As a nanny you will play a crucial role in his development, safety, and overall well- being. The ideal candidate should have genuine love for children, passion for activities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create and maintain a nurturing and stimulating environment.
Responsibilities:
Childcare: Provide attentive and compassionate care for 3 year old boy, ensuring his well being and safety at all times
Daily routine: Establish and maintain a consistent daily routine for meals, naptime, playtime, and other activities to promote a sense of stability and structure
Needs to be able to prepare light meals (i.e eggs, pasta, chicken) and meal prep for school lunches
Needs to be comfortable researching new activities in the area and getting the child signed up for camps, classes etc.
Education and development: Engage the child in age appropriate educational activities, including reading, arts and crafts, puzzles and other stimulating exercises to encourage intellectual growth and development
Physical activities: organize and participate in outdoor activities, such as visits to the park, walks, and other physical exercises to promote gross motor skills and healthy habits
Meal preparation: plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the child for school and meals outside of school

Personal hygiene: assist with toileting, bathing, dressing and other personal hygiene routines, prompting independence and teaching self care skills
Transportation: accompany the child to and from school, extracurricular activities, playdates, medical appointments, etc in the designated nanny car, ensuring timely arrivals and departures
Light housekeeping: perform light housekeeping tasks related to the child’s care, including tidying up toys, doing laundry, and maintaining a clean and organized environment
Communication: maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing regular updates on the child’s activities, milestones and any concerns that may arise
Safety: maintain a safe and secure environment, implementing childproofng measures and adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a nanny or childcare provider for over 3 years, preferably with toddlers, or preschool aged children
Understanding of child development principles and age appropriate activities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to adapt to last minute scheduling changes
Very active
Respect for family confidentiality
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Clean driving record, background check (criminal and civil disputes)
Must have passport and be willing to travel
Educational background in childhood development
Has worked for high profile clients before
Strong swimmer, comfortable in the ocean
Comfortable driving an SUV
Very comfortable with dogs (Bernedoodle)
