Full-Time Infant Nanny – 5-Month-Old – Piedmont, CA
A loving family in Piedmont, CA is seeking an experienced Full-Time Infant Nanny to care for their 5-month-old baby. This role requires a warm, attentive, and experienced caregiver who can provide safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate care while supporting the child’s growth and daily routines.
The ideal candidate is energetic, nurturing, and knowledgeable about infant development. They will plan and lead enriching activities, organize outings, and monitor developmental milestones while maintaining a clean and organized environment for the baby.
Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive, safe, and loving care for a 5-month-old infant
Prepare bottles and nutritious purees or age-appropriate meals/snacks
Plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities including reading, singing, tummy time, sensory play, and simple games
Organize daily outings, including neighborhood walks, stroller time, park visits, and library trips
Monitor and support developmental milestones, including gross/fine motor skills, early language, and social development
Perform light child-related housekeeping, such as washing bottles, sanitizing feeding items, and baby laundry
Start Date: February 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30/9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Rate: $35–$40/hour
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience caring for infants (3–12 months)
Knowledge of early childhood development and infant milestones
Patient, nurturing, and proactive caregiver
Strong organizational and communication skills
Reliable and punctual with a consistent weekday schedule
Based in or willing to commute to Piedmont, CA
