A family based in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Newborn Care Specialist to provide overnight support for their newborn twins.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with multiples and be confident managing all aspects of newborn night care, including feeding, soothing, sleep conditioning, and maintaining consistent routines, while ensuring the babies’ safety and wellbeing throughout the night.
Responsibilities include monitoring development, keeping feeding and sleep logs, and providing guidance and reassurance to parents as needed. The specialist should be professional, reliable, and able to work independently while supporting the family during the early months.
The position is 5 nights per week from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
This is a 2–3 month contract starting at the end of April.
Compensation of up to $45+ per hour.
