A warm and busy family in Palm Beach is looking for a fluent Spanish-speaking nanny to help care for four young children while working alongside a stay-at-home mum. The ideal candidate will be a native or fluent Spanish speaker who can use the language naturally with the children throughout the day and bring a positive, engaging approach to childcare. The nanny will help maintain age-appropriate daily routines and support the children through meals, play, outings, and activities.
Responsibilities will include meal preparation, organising educational and creative activities, and providing plenty of opportunities for outdoor play. The nanny will also handle the children’s laundry and keep their bedrooms, play areas, and belongings organised. The family is looking for someone reliable, energetic, organised, and confident who enjoys caring for multiple young children and can work well within a family environment.
A valid U.S. driver’s licence and clean driving record are required, as the role includes driving the children to school, activities, appointments, and outings. The nanny should be comfortable working as part of a team with Mum and helping manage the needs of four children with different ages and routines. Travel with the family will be required when needed, so a valid passport and willingness to travel are essential. Current CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Candidates must be legally authorised to work in the U.S. and must be non-smokers.
This is a live-in position with a private bedroom and bathroom. The nanny will work Monday to Friday, 50 hours per week. The rate is $35 per hour.
