Family in Palm Beach is seeking an experienced, dependable, and career professional Nanny to provide high-quality care for two children, ages 7 and 4. The ideal candidate brings a calm, grounded approach and can help create steady routines for the children while remaining flexible and adaptable to changing family schedules.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for two children in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment
• Support academic routines, including homework assistance, reading practice, and age-appropriate learning activities
• Plan and facilitate enriching activities that encourage creativity, independence, and healthy routines
• Manage daily schedules, including school routines, extracurricular activities, playdates, and appointments
• Handle school pick-ups and occasional drop-offs; safely transport children to and from activities as needed
• Travel with the family as required (domestic and occasional international travel), maintaining consistency and routine for the children
• Work collaboratively with parents and any additional household support, respecting established roles and boundaries
• Maintain organization of children’s belongings, schedules, and activity materials
• Serve as a positive role model, demonstrating excellent communication, manners, and professionalism
This is a full time (Monday to Friday with weekends off) live-out role, and a confident driver is required.
