A family in Paddington, London is seeking a reliable and experienced nanny to care for their two school-aged children and a baby. This role is ideal for a proactive and organised childcare professional who is confident managing the needs of multiple children of different ages. With one parent working from home, the family is looking for a nanny who is comfortable in a shared-care environment and able to work collaboratively while maintaining structure and routine. The nanny will be responsible for all childcare duties, including supporting school-aged children with daily routines, organising engaging activities, and providing attentive care for the baby. A key part of the role includes school runs and transporting the children to activities, so a confident driver is essential (car provided). Additional responsibilities include preparing meals for the children, keeping their areas tidy and organised, and ensuring a smooth, well-structured daily routine for the whole household.
