A HNW family based in Pacific Heights, San Francisco is seeking an exceptional ROTA Nanny to provide dedicated care for their 3-month-old baby. This is a long-term opportunity for a seasoned childcare professional who thrives in high-profile, fully staffed household environments and understands the level of discretion, flexibility, and collaboration these roles require. The schedule is a one week on / one week off rotation, with live-in accommodations provided during working weeks.
The ideal candidate has substantial infant experience, a proactive yet calm approach, and a genuine passion for supporting early childhood development. We are looking for someone who is confident working alongside parents and household staff, while also being capable of taking full charge when needed. Previous experience as a live-in nanny and within a fully staffed private residence is essential. Local Bay Area candidates are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for a 3-month-old infant
Establish and maintain feeding, sleeping, and daily care routines
Support developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities and engagement
Monitor the baby’s health, wellbeing, and overall safety at all times
Maintain the nursery, baby supplies, clothing, and equipment to an exceptional standard
Collaborate seamlessly with parents, household staff, and any childcare-related professionals
Travel with the family as needed
Keep detailed notes regarding routines, milestones, and daily updates during rotations
Qualifications:
Extensive professional infant care experience
Prior experience working in fully staffed private households
Previous live-in nanny experience required
Strong understanding of infant development and newborn care best practices
Excellent communication skills and a highly professional demeanor
Discreet, trustworthy, and adaptable
Eligible to work in the United States

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation up to $250,000+ annually, depending on experience
