A family in Nine Elms, London, is seeking a warm, engaging, and experienced Mandarin-speaking nanny to care for their 4-year-old daughter after nursery. This is a part-time Monday to Friday position from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The nanny will collect the little girl from nursery and provide attentive, engaging care throughout the afternoon. Fluent Mandarin is essential, as the nanny will speak and communicate with her in Mandarin and help support her language development in a natural and enjoyable way. The family would like the nanny to introduce Mandarin through play, stories, songs, conversation, and everyday activities. The role will also include planning creative, educational, and age-appropriate activities that keep her interested and engaged after nursery. The nanny may also take her to local activities, classes, playdates, parks, and outings when required. Simple meal preparation will be part of the role, along with helping the child transition smoothly from nursery into her afternoon and evening routine.
