Working parents, on the Upper West Side, need to hire a full-time Career Nanny to care for their toddler twins. Responsibilities include: engage the children in age-appropriate developmental activities, educational play, and fun-filled games, maintain sleep and feeding schedules, handle play dates and attend class activities, prepare healthy meals and snacks and assist with bathing, dressing, diapering, and maintaining organized play and sleep spaces. Additional duties include children’s laundry including ironing, light housekeeping, and occasional family meal prep when time allows. While there is an older child in the home, the nanny’s primary focus will be the twins’ emotional, social, and cognitive development. The ideal candidate will be true collaborator and partner to the parents and a consistent presence for the children. CPR and First Aid certification are required, along with prior experience caring for toddlers and school-age children. The role requires comfort navigating a multi-level townhouse. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with occasional evening or weekend flexibility. Salary range: $30–$32 per hour. Start Date: December 2025.
