A family in Nashville is seeking an experienced Spanish-speaking nanny to care for their newborn, providing attentive, nurturing support during the early stages of development. The ideal candidate will have strong newborn experience and be confident managing infant routines, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and supporting healthy sleep habits while creating a calm, engaging environment that encourages early development. Responsibilities also include preparing bottles, maintaining the baby’s nursery and play areas, baby laundry, and planning age-appropriate activities as the child grows. Both parents work from home, so the nanny should be comfortable working collaboratively in a shared environment while maintaining a professional and structured routine for the baby. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Compensation: $32–$36 per hour DOE.
