Family in Nashville, Tennessee is looking for a Mandarin speaking Nanny who can travel to look after their 16-month-old daughter. The child will start school 3 days per week in the Fall.
Duties include:
Full-charge childcare
Creating a safe and nurturing environment for the child
Feeding, meal prep, and puree of healthy and clean foods. Introduction of different foods
Bathing and changing diapers, potty training, and all child-related hygiene care.
Child-related housekeeping duties such as cleaning of bottles, dishes, laundry, and keeping areas tidy and organized.
Engaging in developmentally appropriate activities, including reading, interactive play, listening to music
Establishing a routine for the child and communicating effectively with the parents regarding the child’s progress and needs.
Advance preparation for travel and all child-related travel needs, including packing and unpacking and the ordering of supplies.
Research age-appropriate activities locally and when traveling
When in Nashville, the general schedule will be 5 days per week, with two days off. When the family travels, the candidate will be expected to work additional hours due to what’s required when traveling with a young child. Accommodations consist of a private bedroom and bathroom. Relocation is being offered for the right candidate. Pay is $35 per hour.
