A Privé family in Monte Carlo, Monaco is seeking a highly qualified Norland Nounou to provide exceptional care for their baby in a warm and professional household environment. This live-in nanny position is ideal for an experienced Norland-trained professional who excels in infant development, structured routines, and nurturing childcare. The family is looking for a calm, proactive nanny who can confidently manage the baby’s routine while creating a secure, stimulating, and developmentally supportive environment.
Responsibilities include sole-charge care of the baby, managing all aspects of the daily routine with consistency and attention to detail. The nanny will plan age-appropriate play, sensory activities, and developmental enrichment tailored to the baby’s corrected age, while supporting feeding routines, weaning preparation, and the introduction of solid foods at the appropriate stage. Additional duties include establishing healthy sleep routines, monitoring developmental progress, maintaining immaculate nursery standards, and managing baby laundry and wardrobe organisation. The role also involves packing and organising nursery equipment for travel, as well as liaising professionally with parents and medical professionals when needed.
This position requires flexibility and a willingness to travel with the family, ensuring the baby’s routine and wellbeing remain consistent while away from home. The schedule is 50 hours per week with two days off, and the position offers a competitive salary of up to £80,000 per year.
