A loving family in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a full-time nanny with a strong background in infant care and early childhood development to care for their baby. The ideal candidate is nurturing, knowledgeable, and proactive, with a clear understanding of developmental milestones and a passion for creating a safe, structured, and engaging environment for an infant.
Responsibilities include maintaining consistent daily routines, providing attentive care, and ensuring all baby-related needs are met. The nanny will clean and sanitize bottles, pacifiers, and feeding supplies, manage the baby’s laundry, and keep the nursery organized and well-maintained. A key aspect of the role is planning and engaging the baby in age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, motor, and sensory development.
The nanny will also provide regular communication and updates to the parents, ensuring alignment on routines and developmental progress. Light household support related to the child may be required, contributing to a smooth and organized home environment.
This Monday through Friday position offers 40 hours per week (guaranteed).
Compensation: $28 per hour.
