The person must have outstanding references and a love for working with multiples, along with proven experience in that area. Both parents commute to the city for work several times a week and occasionally work from home. They seek a team player who understands working as part of a team and in a home where parents are involved, but also a nanny who can take the lead. The family is looking for someone local to the area with eight or more years of experience working as a nanny, ideally with infants and toddlers. Reliable transportation and a desire for a long-term position are essential. The ideal candidate must work well as part of a team, as they will often collaborate with the other full-time nanny, and a part-time housekeeper is also employed. Ideally, they are looking for someone available Monday through Friday with varying hours, though they guarantee 40 hours per week at a rate of $35 per hour.
