A family in Miami Beach, Florida is seeking a compassionate and experienced full-time ABA Therapist to provide one-to-one support for their 8-year-old nonverbal daughter with special needs. This is a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about helping children build communication, independence, and life skills through evidence-based ABA techniques. The family is looking for someone who is patient, energetic, and nurturing, with a collaborative approach to working alongside parents and other professionals involved in the child’s care.
The successful candidate will have previous ABA therapy experience, with RBT certification preferred, and experience supporting nonverbal children and/or children with autism or other developmental disabilities. The role focuses on implementing individualized therapy strategies, encouraging developmental progress, and creating a positive, structured environment where the child can thrive.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, maintain the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality, and be willing to travel with the family as needed. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
This is a full-time position starting mid-August 2026.Compensation up to $50 per hour, paid on the books, together with an excellent benefits package. Benefits include paid vacation, paid time off (PTO), and health insurance after the probationary period.
