Family in Medford, MA is seeking a nurturing and experienced full-time nanny to care for their newborn starting in February 2026. The ideal candidate will have extensive infant care experience and be comfortable supporting a first-time mom returning to work. The position requires reliability, excellent communication skills, and a warm, professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, full-time care for an infant
Follow feeding, nap, and developmental routines as discussed with parents
Clean and sanitize bottles and baby items daily
Handle all infant laundry and help keep the nursery organized
Maintain a clean and tidy environment in shared baby spaces
Communicate regularly with parents and provide daily updates
Meal prepping for the family
Remain flexible to stay slightly later if both parents are delayed at work
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Range: $28–$32 per hour
