A family based in Mayfair, London W1 is seeking a qualified and experienced nanny to provide dedicated care for their delightful 1-year-old daughter. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional holding a Norland, NNEB or CACHE Level 3 qualification who is passionate about supporting young children’s development during the early years. The role involves all standard nursery duties, maintaining a consistent daily routine, preparing age-appropriate meals and snacks, and creating a safe, nurturing environment where the child can thrive.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of developmental milestones and enjoy planning engaging sensory, educational, and play-based activities that encourage learning through fun. You will accompany the little girl to local classes, playgroups, and outings, helping to support her social, emotional, and physical development while building her confidence and curiosity.
The position is Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm, and salary is £65,000 per year.
Requirements:
Qualified Nanny with a Norland, NNEB or CACHE Level 3 qualification.
Proven experience caring for babies and toddlers in a private household.
Excellent knowledge of child development and early years milestones.
Confident planning age-appropriate educational, sensory, and developmental activities.
Happy to accompany the child to classes, playgroups, and outings.
Able to manage all standard nanny duties to a high standard.
Warm, proactive, organised, and nurturing approach.
Strong communication skills and excellent references.
Eligible to work in the UK.
