A lovely couple in Mayfair, London W1, are looking for an experienced Maternity Nurse to support them with their first baby. They are looking for someone who is confident providing 24-hour maternity care and who can offer calm, practical guidance as they settle into parenthood. The ideal Maternity Nurse will be a natural teacher who can explain newborn care clearly, answer questions and provide reassurance when needed. Experience supporting first-time parents is important, as the family would value someone who can help them understand their baby and feel more confident with day-to-day care. A medical background would be a real bonus, particularly for someone who can bring additional knowledge and reassurance to the role. Duties will include newborn care, feeding, winding, settling and establishing a good routine, alongside supporting the parents as they learn their baby’s individual needs. This is a three-month contract starting in March 2027. The salary is £300–£450 per 24 hours, depending on experience.
