A high-profile family based in Mayfair, London is seeking an experienced Norland-trained Nanny to provide dedicated, sole-charge care for their 1-year-old daughter.

Flexibility to travel internationally is essential, as maintaining consistency and continuity of care wherever the family is based is a key part of the role. Responsibilities:
Provide sole-charge care for a 1-year-old girl
Establish and maintain consistent routines for feeding, naps, play, and daily activities
Support developmental milestones through engaging, age-appropriate play and learning experiences
Plan stimulating indoor and outdoor activities that encourage curiosity and confidence
Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the child when required
Maintain the nursery, wardrobe, toys, and child-related belongings to an exceptional standard
Monitor developmental progress and communicate regularly with the parents
Travel internationally with the family, ensuring continuity of care and routines
Work collaboratively with the household’s staff while maintaining professionalism and discretion
Ensure the child’s safety, wellbeing, and happiness at all times
Requirements:
Norland-trained Nanny
Previous experience caring for infants and toddlers in private households
Experience working within a fully staffed and/or high-profile household
Professional, discreet, and highly organised
Strong understanding of early childhood development
Flexible and available for international travel
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with household staff
Outstanding references from previous employers
Legal right to work in the UK
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm
Salary: £60,000–£90,000 gross per annum, depending on experience
