A French-speaking family based in Martinique is seeking a full-time Montessori nanny to care for their toddler and newborn. The ideal candidate is nurturing, organized, and experienced with early childhood development, confidently supporting both age groups in a calm and structured environment.
This role focuses on maintaining consistent routines and implementing Montessori-inspired, educational activities that promote independence, curiosity, and developmental growth. The nanny will engage the toddler in age-appropriate learning while ensuring the newborn’s needs and schedule are carefully managed. Native or fluent English is required, with an emphasis on language development through daily interaction.
This Monday–Friday position offers 40 hours per week, with accommodation available if needed.
Salary is €15 net per hour
