A welcoming family based in Marlow, UK is looking for a live-in nanny to support their toddler’s growth and day-to-day routine. They are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys the early years and brings a thoughtful, child-led approach, ideally with some Montessori influence. The parents are keen to find someone calm, organised, and naturally engaging, who can create a steady rhythm to the day while encouraging independence and curiosity. You’ll have your own private en-suite double room within the home, and be treated as a valued part of the household.
The focus of the role is on supporting developmental milestones through play, routine, and consistent care. You’ll be trusted to take the lead during the day: planning activities, preparing simple meals, and getting out to classes and local outings (a full driving licence is essential). There will also be occasional travel within Europe, so a flexible, easy-going attitude is important.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting toddler development through a child-led or Montessori-style approach

The position is Monday to Friday, around 45–50 hours per week, with a salary starting from £40,000 per year.
