An A-list actress is seeking an experienced, Spanish-speaking Baby Nanny to provide full-time care for her 16-week-old baby. The family is based between Los Angeles, Miami, and New York and travels internationally on a frequent basis.
This is a unique opportunity for a confident, calm, and adaptable newborn nanny who thrives in fast-paced, high-profile environments and is comfortable travelling globally while maintaining consistency, routine, and excellent infant care standards.
When based in New York (Lower East Side), the position is live-out, allowing the Nanny to return to their own home daily. Accommodation is provided in Los Angeles and Miami.
Key Responsibilities
Baby Care & Nursery Duties
Full care for a young baby, supporting mum-led routines
Assisting with breastfeeding, pumping schedules, and feeding support
Weaning experience, including planning and preparing the introduction of solids
Managing baby laundry and maintaining a well-organised nursery
Monitoring and supporting developmental milestones
Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment at all times
Travel & Schedule Support
Travelling worldwide with the family, including managing baby routines across time zones
Joining Mum on set when required, ensuring the baby is settled, calm, and well cared for
Maintaining flexibility with hours in line with filming schedules and travel demands
Remaining calm, adaptable, and upbeat during long travel periods
Collaboration & Household Fit
Working closely with a very involved mother, stepping back when not needed
Following Mum’s lead on routines, structure, and decision-making
Maintaining a discreet, professional, and positive presence in all environments
Fitting seamlessly into a warm, sociable household
Compensation: $160,000 per annum, dependent on experience
