A kind and generous family in Los Altos, CA is seeking a Nanny for their two children, ages 2 and 4. The ideal candidate will be calm, confident, fun, and reliable. The family is looking for a nanny who is easy-going yet diligent, responsible, and proactive. This is a long-term position; their current nanny has been with them for the past four years and will work alongside the incoming nanny.
Full-time: 7 AM to 7 PM
Schedule: 3 weekdays and Saturdays (the nanny can choose if they want three consecutive days during the week)
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
Supervision of the children
Planning and participating in thoughtful, age-appropriate activities with the children
Preparing or assembling meals and snacks for the children
Feeding, bathing, changing diapers, playing, and offering comfort when needed
Cleaning up after children’s meals and activities (although the children’s needs will be a priority over cleaning-related tasks)
Traveling with the family on occasion
Requirements :
Knowledge of general first aid and CPR certification
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome!
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Must be willing to sign an NDA
