Full-Time Nanny for Newborn – Livermore, CA
A warm, professional family in Livermore, California is seeking an experienced full-time, long-term nanny to join their household beginning in early April. This role will focus primarily on providing exceptional care for a newborn, with occasional support for the family’s 4-year-old child, who attends school and therapy programs.
Both parents work outside the home, and the family values a nanny who is dependable, nurturing, and confident managing infant routines independently while remaining flexible to support the older child when needed.
Key Responsibilities

Provide full newborn care, including feeding, diapering, soothing, naps, and sleep routines

Engage the baby in age-appropriate developmental activities

Offer occasional care for the 4-year-old, particularly during school breaks or schedule changes

Support a child with sensory sensitivities and special needs in a calm, respectful manner

Encourage outdoor time and fresh-air activities when appropriate

Handle child-related household tasks, including baby laundry, bottle preparation, and tidying play areas

Maintain a safe, nurturing, and organized environment

Travel with the family occasionally (all travel time paid)
Position Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Some Tuesdays until approx. 7:30 PM
• Guaranteed 50 hours per week
Start Date: Early April
Hourly Rate: $40–$42 per hour (DOE)
Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation + paid sick days
