Both parents work outside the home, and the family is looking for a nurturing professional who can provide full-time, attentive care in a safe and structured environment. Responsibilities include providing full-time care for the infant, including feeding, diapering, naps, and maintaining a consistent daily routine. The nanny will also engage the child in age-appropriate developmental activities to promote cognitive, motor, and sensory growth while creating a safe, loving, and stimulating environment. Communication with the parents is key to ensure continuity of care and alignment on schedules and developmental goals.
Additional responsibilities include light household tasks related to the child, such as tidying the nursery, managing baby laundry, and organizing toys and supplies. The role requires someone who is dependable, organized, and able to manage the varying needs of an infant while maintaining a calm and nurturing atmosphere.
This full time position guarantees 40 hours per week and runs Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Compensation: $30+ per hour depending on experience.
