We are seeking an experienced Newborn Care Specialist in Lafayette, CA for a live-in, 24/7 role supporting a newborn. This position is ideal for someone who is confident with full newborn care, including feeding support, diapering, soothing, sleep conditioning, and maintaining a calm overnight routine. The family is looking for someone dependable, nurturing, and comfortable working closely in a live-in setting while providing around-the-clock care and guidance during the early months. Strong newborn experience is required, along with a gentle, practical approach and the ability to adapt to the family’s routine and preferences. This is a 6-month temporary contract starting in September.
