The ideal candidate is organized, nurturing, and comfortable taking the lead with homework support, meal preparation, evening routines, and overnight care during long weekends when parents travel.
Nanny Responsibilities
School and preschool pickups
Homework assistance and academic support
Preparing healthy meals and feeding the children
Managing evening routines, including homework, dinner, and bedtime transitions
Providing overnight care during long weekends when parents are away
Light child-related household duties
Running errands and providing general household assistance as needed
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Proven experience as a professional nanny with school-age children
Confident managing schedules, routines, and multiple responsibilities
Comfortable with overnight care and independent decision-making
Reliable, organized, and proactive
Strong communication skills and a nurturing demeanor
Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 40 hours guaranteed weekly
Pay: $30–$35 per hour (competitive and based on experience)
