San Francisco Bay Area – Family living in La Honda is seeking a warm, dependable, and experienced career nanny to care for their two children, a 4 year-old boy who attends preschool until early afternoon and an infant who will be about 2 months old girl at the start.
The family is looking for someone who is passionate about supporting infant and toddler development, dependable, and flexible with scheduling. This is a long-term position with guaranteed weekly hours, benefits, and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
· Provide attentive, loving care to both children, ensuring safety and developmental support
· Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities for both children
· Prepare meals and snacks for the children and handle related cleanup
· Manage children’s laundry and keep play areas tidy
· Keep children’s rooms and supplies organized and stocked
· Partner with parents to maintain a supportive and organized environment
Family car available for use during working hours. Mileage reimbursement if using own car.
Position Details
· Hours: 7 hours a day, with overtime. Schedule follows a two-week rotation:
o Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (Thursday off)
o Week 2: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Thursday through Sunday off
· Rate: $40 to $45 per hour
