A family based in Kensington, London is looking for a French-speaking rota nanny to care for their two children, aged 7 and 5. This is a two weeks on / two weeks off role, with live-in accommodation provided while on duty. The family is keen to find someone engaging and organised, who can confidently support school-aged children while naturally incorporating French into their daily lives. The role centres around supporting the children’s day-to-day routines, school life, and overall development, while encouraging independence and curiosity. You’ll be travelling with the family during school holidays and summer periods, so a flexible, travel-ready mindset is important.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting daily routines including school runs, homework, and after-school activities
Encouraging French language development through natural, consistent interaction
Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities that balance learning and play
Promoting independence, confidence, and good social skills
Managing day-to-day organisation for the children in a calm, structured way
Travelling with the family during holidays and maintaining consistency in routines
Creating a positive, nurturing environment where the children feel supported and at ease
The position is offered on a self-employed basis at €400 per day.
