Family in Kenner, LA is seeking a dedicated and experienced nanny to care for their three children. The family includes a 1-year-old, a 5-year-old, and a 7-year-old who visits for about a week at a time. The parents are expecting a move from Atlanta to the New Orleans area and are looking for a long-term nanny to start in early September.
Responsibilities:
Provide primary childcare for three children, ages 1, 5, and 7 (7-year-old visits intermittently)
Develop and implement age-appropriate activities and routines
Light meal preparation for the children
Light housekeeping related to the children, including tidying up their rooms and running the dishwasher
Transport children to and from activities as needed (requires a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle)
Maintain a detailed daily log of the children’s activities and meals
Foster a love of learning and exploration
Maintain a safe and clean environment
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary : $35 per hour
