A highly experienced, Spanish-speaking Private Educator is sought to provide sole-charge educational support for a 4-year-old child within a warm, well-structured, and globally mobile household. The family’s main base is Jackson Hole, WY, with frequent travel to their other residences and abroad.
This role is ideal for a career educator who is passionate about child-led, experiential learning and enjoys designing immersive educational experiences that evolve with a child’s natural curiosity. The family values emotional intelligence, creativity, and a calm, confident presence.
Key Responsibilities
Provide sole-charge educational care for a 4-year-old, grounded in warmth, playfulness, and emotional regulation
Design and deliver child-led, experiential learning activities aligned with early childhood development
Support Spanish language development through daily immersive exposure
Encourage curiosity, independence, and a love of learning through play and real-world experiences
Manage daily logistics with confidence (preparation, transitions, bags, planning)
Travel extensively with the family, ensuring consistency and continuity of education
Work collaboratively with hands-on parents while independently owning the educator role
Ideal Candidate Profile
Native or fluent Spanish speaker
10+ years of experience working with young children, ideally preschool-aged
Strong background in Montessori or Reggio Emilia
Emotionally intuitive, calm, and adaptable to changing environments
Highly organised, proactive, and travel-ready
Holds a valid passport and is comfortable with frequent international travel
Compensation & Benefits
$160,000 annual salary
Private bedroom and bathroom provided in all family residences
