A family based in Istanbul, Turkey is seeking an experienced live-in nanny to care for their newborn baby in a long-term position beginning this summer. The family is looking for a warm, professional English-speaking nanny who is confident supporting a baby’s early development while creating a calm and nurturing environment. This is a fully childcare-focused role with no housekeeping responsibilities, as a cleaner is already employed within the home.
The nanny will be responsible for all aspects of newborn care, including establishing routines, supporting feeding and sleep schedules, and ensuring the baby’s overall wellbeing and development. A key part of the role will involve encouraging English language development through daily interaction, play, and communication as the child grows. Additional responsibilities include managing the nursery, maintaining baby-related organization, and handling all childcare-related duties with care and attention to detail.
The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with occasional travel alongside the family when needed. Accommodation includes a private bedroom and separate bathroom within the family home. The position offers a salary of €4,000 net per month.
