Norland Nanny – Hyde Park, London
A professional family in Hyde Park, London is seeking an experienced Norland-trained Nanny to care for their two young children, aged 3 and 1, with a new baby expected in June 2026. This is a dynamic role combining sole and shared care, so the ideal candidate will be a confident team player, adaptable, and proactive.
You will work closely with mum, supporting her as she transitions back to work, ensuring the children’s routines, development, and wellbeing are maintained. The role involves all standard nursery and childcare duties, with opportunities to travel and enhance the children’s experiences outside the home.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care for children aged 3, 1, and newborn
Share care responsibilities with other household staff, demonstrating excellent teamwork and communication
Support mum’s transition back to work by providing flexible childcare solutions
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities, learning, and play
Maintain children’s daily routines, hygiene, and meals
Travel with the family as required
Safely drive the children as needed (a car is provided)
Maintain a clean, organised, and child-friendly environment
Candidate Requirements
Qualified Norland-trained Nanny (essential)
Proven experience caring for young children, including newborns
Confident driver with a valid UK driving license
Flexible, proactive, and adaptable to changing family needs
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work live-in or live-out (self-contained flat available for live-in)
Comfortable with occasional travel
Competitive salary based on experience
Monday to Friday schedule, 7:00am – 6:00pm
