Family in Holmby Hills is welcoming their first baby in early November (possibly sooner), and is looking for a caring, experienced newborn care specialist to support them as new parents. They would love someone warm and knowledgeable who can be with them for about six months, offering guidance, structure, and loving care as they adjust to life with their little one.
Responsibilities
Provide 24/7 newborn care including feeding, diapering, soothing, and establishing healthy routines.
Educate and guide parents on best practices for newborn care, including sleep training, scheduling, and developmental milestones.
Support the family in creating structure and consistency as both parents transition back into work.
Monitor baby’s health and well-being, keeping detailed notes for the parents.
Ensure the nursery and baby-related areas are stocked, organized, and clean.
Collaborate with existing household staff to ensure smooth household operations.
Schedule: 24/7 live-in coverage for at least three months, with continued support for six months total.
