A private family in Holland Park, W11, is looking for an experienced nanny to care for two girls aged 2 and 4. The role will focus on providing attentive, hands-on childcare and managing the girls’ daily routines from morning through to the end of the day.
Duties will include preparing meals and snacks, organising naps and rest time, helping with dressing and personal care, and planning age-appropriate activities at home and outdoors. The nanny will support the girls’ development through books, creative play, educational activities, and regular outings, while encouraging good manners, confidence, and growing independence.
The position also requires occasional travel with the family and flexibility to provide proxy parenting when the parents are away. The nanny should be comfortable taking full responsibility for the children during these periods and maintaining their usual routines in the parents’ absence. The family is looking for someone warm, reliable, organised, and confident who can manage two young children and keep their days active and structured.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:30pm. The salary is £55,000–£60,000 per year, depending on experience.
