ROTA Nanny – Hillsborough, CA (Live-In, 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off)
A private family in Hillsborough, CA is seeking a professional, career ROTA Nanny to provide exceptional care for four children aged 2–8. This is a true rotational role, offering two weeks on and two weeks off, with full live-in accommodations provided during working weeks.
The ideal candidate is confident managing multiple children, complex schedules, and daily transitions, while fostering academic growth, emotional development, and curiosity through thoughtful, developmentally appropriate care.
Key Responsibilities

Provide attentive, developmentally focused care for four children (ages 2–8)

Manage and support busy daily schedules, routines, and transitions

Foster academic and cognitive development through reading, learning activities, and curiosity-driven play

Support morning, afternoon, and bedtime routines

Remain on call during working weeks (true ROTA – no hourly schedule)

Handle daily school drop-offs and pick-ups and drive children to activities

Assist with errands, meal preparation, and general household support as needed

Maintain a calm, structured, and positive home environment

Model kindness, discretion, adaptability, and professionalism at all times

Travel with the family and provide consistent, high-quality care while away
Requirements

Proven experience as a ROTA nanny or in high-level private households

Comfortable caring for multiple children across early childhood and school-age years

Confident driver with a clean driving record

Compensation
