Looking for a Steiner and/or Montessori approach rota nanny for 3 boys aged 4,6 and 8 years old. A nature-lover who supports screen-free parenting. Someone who is peaceful, gentle and responsible with clear boundaries. Someone who likes working in a team environment and can be flexible.
Duties:
All nursery duties,
Pick up boys from school sometimes,
Provide lots of outdoor learning opportunities,
Cooking for family, fresh, organic, avoiding sugar and limited dairy,
Laundry and organising,
Accompany the family whilst travelling for up to one month at a time,
All 3 boys (4, 6 and 8 years old) will be attending school which will allow the nanny to prepare meals, and organise and plan age-appropriate activities.
The nanny will be working alongside another rota nanny. There is also a Lead Nanny / House Manager who works in a team with the rota nannies during the day.
Non-smoker essential
Schedule: 24/7, 1 week on/off (live out whilst off duty)
Start date: September 2023
Salary: Up to £65,000 gross per year
