A family in Greenwich, CT is seeking a French-speaking nanny/governess for their 3-year-old daughter. Native-level French is required for this position, as the family would like the nanny to speak in French with the child regularly. Duties for this position include all aspects of childcare, as well as child-related laundry and meal preparation, and keeping her belongings neat and organized.
Experience and interest in Montessori-style childcare and education is preferred. Driving would be a bonus for this position but is not required. The family does travel several times per year, and they would love to find a nanny who is willing to accompany them.
Schedule is Monday to Friday, 40-50 hours per week. This position can be live-in or live-out, and live-in accommodations will be a private bedroom and bathroom within the home.
Rate is $35-40 gross per hour, DOE.
