We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing live-in nanny to join a warm family near Grantham, caring for their twin babies on a full-time basis from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 7 pm, with a planned start date of January 2026. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with infants and multiples, offering confident support with feeding, establishing healthy sleep routines, developmental activities, and general day-to-day care. Responsibilities will also include maintaining a clean and organized nursery space, preparing bottles and simple meals for the babies, managing their laundry, and ensuring a safe, calm, and stimulating environment as they grow. The family is looking for someone patient, proactive, and genuinely passionate about early childhood development, who can become a valued long-term part of their household and provide consistent, loving care for their little ones. Salary: £45,000 gross per year.
