A family in Gardena, CA is looking for a compassionate and experienced nanny to care for their young daughter with special needs. A background in ABA and/or Early Childhood Education (ECE) is required, as the role involves supporting her daily routines and continuing therapeutic goals through structured, engaging play and developmental activities. Responsibilities include preparing and assisting with the child’s meals, helping maintain consistent routines, and supporting therapy plans as directed by the family and care team. Light housekeeping is also part of the role, including dishes, laundry related to the child, and keeping play and common areas tidy. The ideal candidate is patient, hands-on, and confident working in a structured, supportive environment that encourages growth and independence. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with an hourly rate of $35/hr.
