A family in Franklin, Tennessee is seeking an experienced and nurturing full-time nanny to care for a newborn infant and a 2-year-old toddler, ideal for a childcare professional skilled in supporting early childhood development and managing multiple age groups. Responsibilities include supporting infant feeding routines and helping with the transition to solids, planning age-appropriate play, enrichment, and developmental activities for the toddler, preparing simple meals and snacks for both children, tidying and organizing play and bedroom spaces, keeping children’s items stocked and orderly, and running occasional errands such as grocery shopping or post office trips.
The role also includes occasional evening or weekend babysitting for date nights, ensuring the family has flexibility and support when needed. The position is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, and compensation is $30+ per hour.
