Family in Flandreau, SD is seeking an experienced and dedicated nanny/house manager to help them with their newborn due in October. This is a permanent role focused primarily on childcare, with light household support.
Responsibilities will include:
Providing full-time, attentive care for a newborn
Supporting nighttime and early morning care during the mother’s 3-month maternity leave
Transitioning to daytime care when the mother returns to remote work
Light housekeeping tasks (e.g., family laundry, dishes, tidying common areas)
Light meal preparation
Running occasional errands
Providing care for a sweet 12-year-old dog, primarily during family travel
Traveling with the family as needed
Requirements:
Experienced in infant care and comfortable with a flexible schedule
Spanish speaking preferred (but not required)
Willing and able to travel
The position can be live-in or live-out for local candidates.
Start Date: January 2026
Compensation $54,000.00-$64,000/year
