Experienced Nanny / House Manager needed for a baby girl in Flagstaff, AZ
Duties
Childcare:
Provide nurturing care for a newborn, focusing on daily routines such as naps, feedings, and developmental activities.
Create a stimulating and loving environment that fosters curiosity, fun, and security for their baby girl.
Assist in helping the baby meet or exceed developmental milestones through engaging, in Montessori-inspired activities. Use of The Nanny Joynt curriculum is highly encouraged.
Ensure a consistent daily schedule for the baby while allowing flexibility based on her needs.
Offer overnight care when needed, especially during Dad’s travel (guest room provided).
Household Duties:
Light housekeeping, particularly baby-related tasks (laundry, meal prep, organizing toys and gear).
Assist with pet care for the family’s two friendly Golden Retrievers.
Run household errands or complete light tasks, allowing parents quality time with their baby.
Assist with daily transitions between parents’ work and family time, maintaining a smooth flow within the household.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Hourly Rate: $28–$30 per hour, DOE
Start Date: January 2, 2025
