Education-Focused Nanny – Emirates Hills, Dubai
A professional family in Emirates Hills, Dubai is seeking an experienced, engaging, and education-focused nanny to provide structured, nurturing care for their three children, aged 6 to 11. This is a live-out position for a candidate already based in Dubai who can manage the children’s educational, extracurricular, and daily routines while accompanying the family on international travel.
The ideal candidate is warm, organized, and skilled at creating a stimulating learning environment while maintaining consistency and routine, even during travel.
Key Responsibilities
Childcare & Educational Support
Provide attentive, nurturing, and structured care for the 6-year-old and 11-year-old twins
Support homework, school routines, and extracurricular activities
Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and emotional development
Act as a positive role model while maintaining professional boundaries
Manage daily routines, schedules, and transitions for the children
Travel & Flexibility
Accompany the family on international travel, ensuring consistency in routines
Prepare for travel including packing, maintaining schedules, and handling necessary documentation
Adapt to changes in routines, schedules, or locations while traveling
Organisation & Household Coordination
Coordinate with schools, tutors, and activity providers
Maintain organisation of children’s belongings, wardrobes, and activity equipment
Support the children in packing and maintaining personal items during travel
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience as a nanny or education-focused childcare professional
Experience supporting school-age children and managing homework and extracurricular activities
Travel-ready with a travel-friendly passport
Professional, warm, and developmentally attuned
Strong organisational and communication skills
Comfortable managing international travel with children
Must be live-out in Dubai with own accommodation
Monday–Friday schedule: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (flexible for travel and school holidays)
