El Cajon, CA – Family of 4 (going on 5!) is seeking an experienced, full-time nanny to grow with their family. They have a 2.5 year old, 1 year old, and baby on the way. Their ideal nanny is energetic and can keep up with 3 young children, able to lift the kids and get down on the floor to play! They have a strong preference for someone with a background in Early Childhood Education/preschool teaching. Mom is stay at home, but still busy with her own things so the nanny will have full charge of the children during the shift. Dad is a founder of a business and is away at the office most days. They lean towards gentle parenting and would love to have a nanny who shares their Catholic faith if possible.
Schedule: M-F 7am-2pm, 35 hours per week.
Rate: $35-$50 per hour DOE, open to paying on payrol
