A European family based in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai is seeking an experienced and professional nanny to care for their three children aged 5, 3.5, and 1 year old. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, nurturing nanny who thrives in a fully staffed household and is confident supporting children at different developmental stages.
The two older children attend school daily, while the youngest will start nursery in September, so the ideal candidate will be comfortable managing school routines, structured play, and developmental activities while ensuring a warm and engaging environment for the children.

Key Responsibilities

Provide full care, supervision, and support for three young children

Manage daily school and nursery routines, including preparation and transitions

Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities that support developmental milestones

Encourage creativity, independence, and positive behaviour

Organise playtime, reading, and stimulating learning opportunities

Work collaboratively with other household staff in a fully staffed home

Travel with the family during school holidays (approximately 4 months per year)
Requirements

Proven experience as a professional nanny caring for multiple young children

Salary: €5,000 – €7,000 NET per month (tax-free Dubai contract)
