A highly professional UHNW family is seeking an experienced Spanish-speaking ROTA nanny to join their fully staffed household. This is an exceptional opportunity for a career nanny with extensive rota experience, a strong understanding of child development, and a genuine passion for providing thoughtful, developmentally focused care. The role operates on a 2-weeks-on / 2-weeks-off schedule and involves frequent international travel between Europe, England, and the UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, enriching days that support learning, curiosity, and confidence, while ensuring routines remain consistent regardless of location. A strong team mentality and the ability to work collaboratively with parents and household staff are essential.
Responsibilities:
Providing exceptional, developmentally focused childcare
Supporting and encouraging age-appropriate milestones and learning opportunities
Planning engaging educational, creative, and recreational activities
Creating enriching experiences that foster curiosity, independence, and confidence
Maintaining consistent daily routines, including meals, sleep, and activities
Supporting emotional, social, and cognitive development through positive interactions
Encouraging Spanish language development through natural conversation and daily activities
Managing all nursery-related duties and ensuring child-related spaces remain organised and well maintained
Preparing for and accompanying the family on frequent international travel
Packing, organising, and maintaining children’s belongings while travelling
Working collaboratively within a fully staffed household environment
Providing seamless continuity of care during rota handovers
Requirements:
Fluent Spanish speaker
Extensive professional nanny experience, including previous ROTA positions
Strong knowledge of child development and early years education
Experience working in UHNW and fully staffed households preferred
Passport ready and comfortable with extensive international travel
Highly organised, discreet, flexible, and professional
Excellent references from previous long-term positions
Schedule: 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off (ROTA)
Travel: Frequent travel between Europe, England, and the UAE
Salary: Up to €80,000 gross per annum
